I have avast free antivirus 5 and PC Tools Threatfire installed on my PC.I also have MBAM(free version). Can I download spyware doctor ? Does it cause any problem ?

Running multiple ANTI-VIRUS programs simultaneously can cause system conflicts as well as performance issues.
On the other hand, baring exceptions, one can usually run multiple ANTI-SPYWARE programs simultaneously with no major issues.
Spyware Doctor is an anti-spyware program and I forsee no big issue if you install and run it together with your current security arsenal.

I would recommend you not to have more than 1genuine antivirus protection program….It slow down ur computer speed..
If u have installed two or more antivirus or anti spyware then they will conflict each other surely and after then this is harmful for your computer , may be some files would be lost ,your computer will be slow in process.
Avast free is an antivirus, Threatfire is antimalware scanner, Malwarebytes is antimalware scanner.
It is not recommended to use more than 1 antivirus engine on a single machine, but you can use many spyware and malware scanners. Malwarebytes free offers only on demand scanning of the system (real time protection is included only in the full version), so you can use it with other antivirus software. You can use more than one spyware blockers but don’t scan your files with them in the same time.

actually you have to uninstall the previous anti virus and install the new one. This is the right way of doing.
You actually have a good combination. Threatfire is behavior based antivirus, and is supposed to be used along with some other regular antivirus.
