System Tools 2011 infection?

There seems to be a new infection doing the rounds. I have removed it from my clients PC’s with malware bytes in safe mode. It writes all over you desktop, your infected, pop ups to remove or purchase, plus it will slow your PC to a crawl. Trend Micro Internet Security Pro doesn’t pick it up, with definitions current. So notify your Anti Virus provider to get up to speed on it?
Just a friendly warning.

This is old news as it has been hitting pc’s for quite a while now, it’ been around since November last year.

Plus this isn’t really a place to give “friendly and helpful” advice.

(It’s just a clone of other rogue viruses such as Windows Defender 2010 and Paladin security)

You should use anti-malware software to remove System Tool from your computer. I recommend Malwarebytes Antimalware and Hitman Pro. Both programs are free and safe to use.
