rate pc tools antivirus free edition from 1-100% for me its 99% ok?

Chosen Answer:

I’d have to give it a 1% rating because I don’t use any Anti Virus programs.
I have never had a virus(8 years now) so I don’t see the point in using one.
If I install an AV on someone who requests one I use Microsoft Security Essentials.
It’s also free and has Malware detection included. I do scan with Malwarebytes
once in a while to keep the Spyware out.

    go to this
    http://www.av-comparatives.org/
the best AV for $ is GData made in Germany
I use AVG free, very good and add something called ImmunetProtect as secondary antivirus. It’s specially made to run with main AV. PC tools makes Threatfire which is the same as Immunet but not as powerful. Alfred Huger VP of Norton designed Immunet, and also the internets first early warning security system years ago and really knows his stuff
    look up DeepFreeze
