pc tools antivirus with pc tools firewall?

is pc tools antivirus 5 free edition good? I want an antivirus which has great real time protection, great antispyware detection ( not SAS or MBAM if your going to say dont bother answering) , great detection rates and in the future if im infected will it help with removal.
