I recently downloaded PC TOOLS FIREWALL andSPYWARE DOCTOR but it slows my pc down.I am running xp.?

I was using the windows firewall before and am running a dual core pentium 2.66gh Any advise on maybe a different firewall or if I smould switch off the spyware.?

hey go to my computer click view system infomation then find out your ram if you have low ram running lots of applications will slow your pc down you can buymore ram however you can sacrifice looks for performance clik start menu then right click my computer click properties clik advanced tab find performance then click settings then click best for performance
