Go into the preferences of the program… usually you can right-click on the icon in the ower righthand corner of the windows task bar (near the clock) go into Properties and configure your preferences.
Most firewalls allow to block and unblock access by program.. if the program is already on the list, edit it’s access to allow it, if it is not on the list… there should be a button to add programs to the list…
I highly recommend using antivirus and firewall from a reliable vendor like mcafee, keeping it properly configured, and automatically updating…
