How do you get rid of PC Tools Browser Defender?

It automatically downloaded onto my low-power netbook when I downloaded something else to get rid of a virus… and now it’s making internet slow and take 20 seconds to get to another page.

    download malwaebytes(free version) from malwarebytes.org
    install it……update it……….run full scan…if it finds any errors ……………click remove button
