On most firewall there should be a feature that allow you to block specific websites, ports, and IP addresses. Check under properties/option to do this.

Dont know by using that one.
But u can block that site by go tools—>internet options—>privacy tab (enter the site u want to block).

Enter the website URL into the filter.
