No. It has no graphics card.
Runescape sucks.
The first thing i looked for which you should to is this:
ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5470 Graphics
which you have..which also means you have one of the best leading video cards ( aka graphic cards) on the market. you should be able to run the game on just more than high quality with that sh!t. Just keep in mind the leading Graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 590 if your an “extreme gamer.” (if your looking for best quality HD if your looking for good quality HD you could use yours or go a little better but stay in the range of good HD quality i would use NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450. if your a buisness user and are looking for making animated charts etc. or if your just a regular home user go with NVIDIA GeForce GT 440.
